LAVENDER SHORTBREADS WITH STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

 

Short bread

 

125g butter

50g sugar

180g flour

Some lavender flowers

Work with your fingers until nice and crumbly, then kneed to a dough. Leave to rest in the frige for 30min. Roll out to a square with a rolling pin.

bake at 140° until pale golden in color.

Once out of the oven cut it in fingers while its still hot and sprinkle with lavender sugar.
