This recepie is enough for four people
50g Rolled oats
3 Tpsp honey
2 tbsp yoghurt
Mix the dry ingredients with the butter until there are no lumps left. Add the wet ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough. Take the core out of the apples with a small knife. Divide the mixture equally between the apples. Top off with a bit more honey. Bake at 170° until the mix is golden brown and the apple is soft. Serve with whipped cream and treacle!
