200g Red cabbage
4Tbsp sugar
3Tbsp Apple vinegar
2Tbsp olive oil
Salt
1 large Red Beet
1 Apple
1 Kohlrabi
100g soft goats cheese
Dried nuts, seeds and dry fruits
Slice chop and grate your vegetables. Take the sliced red cabbage and give it a good a squeeze with vinegar, oil, and sugar. Mix in Remaining vegetables and the cheese. Stir it all together.. Place beautifully on a plate and top it of with nuts, seeds, and fruit!!
