When I was a child my dad always made me a german „Käsebrot“ for Dinner. When i turned 12 or 13 I was really bored by it and wanted more fancy things for dinner like Thai Food and pastries. But as I turn older a normal Cheesesandwich or as we like to call it „Käsebrot“ which in it`s direct translation means Cheese Bread turns out to be one of my most favorite foods for breakfast or dinner. My personal favorite is Bergkäse but of course you can take which ever cheese you love. I guess there is no need to write down a receipe for a cheese sandwich as it simply takes good bread, butter and your cheese of choice. I can however provide you with the receipe of the vegan berry shake I enjoyed it with beneath the pictures.
