3 kg Minced pork
1 kg Mince beef
1 grated onion
6 tbsp salt
6 tsp ground pimentos
6 tsp ground white pepper
1 kg pearl barley ( soaked over night in barley )
10 meter sausage casings
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. May need a bit of water to loosen up the mixture. Start your stuffing! Serve boiled with blanched vegetables, potato, béchamel and grated horseradish.
