Apple and Rhubarb crumble

2 large apples

75 g sugar

1 pinch salt

1 stick rhubarb

1 small knob ginger

Simmer until soft.

Crumble

100g flour

3 tbsp. Sugar

50g rolled oats

50g butter

1 pinch salt

crumb together wich your fingers

Method

Put the applemixture in a fitting oven proof dish. Cover with the crumble mixture and bake at 185° until ist golden in colour.
