Quince Sweeties
100g Palm sugar or Muskavado Sugar.. Must not be sticky or solid or it will be difficult to coat the candies
1 Teaspoon dried powdered Ginger
Mix the sugar with the powdered ginger.. Give the cut squares a good toss in the spiced sugar.. Enjoy with some Wine.. Tee or Together with some cheese!
