200g swede

100g coconut milk

1 tsp green curry paste

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and Pepper

Cook on low heat until very soft. about 25m. Pure with a stick blender.



150g chickpeas

ca 30g chopped herbs ( We used coriander and parsley )

2 Tbsp chopped onion

1 small clove of garlic

1 lemon zest and juice

1/2 medium hot chillie


Wazz all together using a stick blender. Shape into patties and fry in a frying pan until golden.


For the plating we used a bit of shalotts some fresh herbs and blanched pieces of swede and brussel sprouts. But you can use what you like. Is also delicious as a more middle eastern dish with rice or bread yoghurt and a little salad!
